  5 stars because I come here often and I love that the food tastes good, is not ridiculously high in calories, and the macros are generally balanced.
  
  But I wanted to mention that I think the all American wrap should be heated just a little longer. The last 2 times I got it, one was at the north Tarrant location and one was at the presidio location and in both of them, the egg was still cold in the middle.
  
  Love this place and will still regularly eat here but just wanted to give that feedback.

  I absolutely love tropical smoothie Café. The one in alliance is awesome! This one, the service completely sucks. Too bad that this one is closer to me than the other one. I will continue to drive further to get decent service, though.  I went in for three smoothies and three flatbreads and took a solid 30 minutes AFTER I ordered in the drive-through. They had me pull around and I had to go in and get it.  All the while, they're shoveling more smoothie and food orders out the window.
  
  Oh, and big surprise! My order is wrong. Management, you really need to get things together! Completely unacceptable.
  
  I brought the sandwich back and didn't request a replacement or a refund. But, I wanted them to know how pissed I am.

  Go for the smoothies and avoid the food. Mushy fat wrap and what ever that slaw is, I'm not sure; plastic could play a role .

  Glad the wifey suggested it, newly opened.  It's pretty good.  I don't if I'd come back to eat, but the smoothies I can see myself  coming back for.  It's not like the food isn't good, it's just not a full kitchen but more of a prep layout sort of thing as cafe's often are.
  
  It's not expensive, but not cheap.  The cost fits the fresh fruit.

  Tropical Smoothie Cafe just opened up a few miles from my house and I was excited to buy for a quick lunch. The staff is very friendly and the environment was clean and welcoming. The menu offers bowls, sandwiches, wraps and smoothies of course. I tried the Baja chicken bowl and my sister tried the caribbean jerk chicken bowl and we both had the kale salad for our side. Both bowls were very flavorful and the portions were filling. We also split a watermelon mojito smoothie. That wasn't my favorite flavor, but I will surely be going back to try the rest of the menu.
  Another plus about this location is the fact that they have a drive thru for the times when you are on a rush.
